1971.04.01 E Company formed new pln at Sevenoaks; Crawley pln merged with cadre to form C Company (Royal Sussex), 7th (V) Bn, The Queen's Regiment at Crawley and Horsham and its Kent lineage ceased .
1973.10.08 Company subtitles and affiliations discontinued in The Queen's Regiment, and explicit West Kent lineages ceased .
1992.09.09 B (Kohima) Company, 5th (Volunteer) Battalion, The Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment (Queen's and Royal Hampshires) formed at Gillingham with Pln at Maidstone, redesignation of E Company 5th Queen's Regt .
