1961.03.06 127 Transport Column was redesignated 49 Divisional District Column RASC (TA) took over the Polar Bear so proudly worn by 49 Divisional Column. 905 Company left to join 103 Column, HQ B Company 308 Bn, WRAC (TA) having amalgamated with 1 Leicester and 1 Rutland Platoons and HQ C Company 308 Bn. WRAC (TA) having amalgamated with 1 and 3 Northants Platoons joined the column. These two WRAC units, reorganized with 595 Company RASC, (MT) to form a four-platoon Company with a Composite Platoon. In Grimsby, 594 (County of Lincoln) Company RASC (Motor Ambulance) (TA) amalgamated with 1, 3, 4 and 5 Lincoln Platoons, WRAC, to form another four platoon company. 566 Company RASC (Infantry Brigade) (TA) remained unchanged 594, 595 (Leicester), 566 Companies
1961 Annual camp was a "Greenfields" and moved through the Midlands and Southern Counties to Dibgate Camp, near Folkestone and return, through Wales to home towns .
1962 Annual camp at Blackfell, Country Durham .
1965.05 Annual Camp at Brecon for Annual Camp. 566 Company, which is the Transport Company of 148 Infantry Brigade carried out annual training with the Brigade at Otterburn .
