Formed at Devizes for 6 Armoured Division, 1 Field Squadron transferred from Hong Kong, 25 and 28 Field Squadrons and 44 Field Park Squadron were newly raised their numbers were from previously disbanded squadrons. Moved to Minden, Germany.

Minden, Germany under command 6 Armoured Division with 1, 25 and 28 Field Squadrons and 44 Field Park Squadron.

1952 - 1956

St George’s Bks, Minden, Germany under command 6 Armoured Division with 1, 25 and 28 Field Squadrons and 44 Field Park Squadron.

1957

St George’s Bks, Minden, Germany under command 6 Armoured Division with 1, 25 and 28 Field Squadrons and 44 Field Park Squadron. Disbanded, 6 Div amalgamated with 2 Div, 1 Fld Sqn to 4 Div, 25 Fld Sqn remained with 2 Div, 28 Fld Sqn to 6 Trg Regt and 44 Fld Park Sqn to 4 Div.
