England: Durranhill Camp, Carlisle with 2, 51 and 128 Med Btys, equipped with 5.5" Howitzer. Jan moved to Wyvern Bks, Luneburg.

1957

Germany: Wyvern Bks, Luneburg with 2, 51 and 128 Med Btys, equipped with 5.5" Howitzer. 

1958

Germany: Wyvern Bks, Luneburg with 2, 51 and 128 Med Btys, equipped with 5.5" Howitzer. Moved to Assaye Bks, Nienburg. 20 Jan 76 Bty ex 30th HAA Regt joined the Regt, 51 & 128 Btys placed in suspended animation.

1959

1960

A composite regt designated 24th Regt RA. 15 Sept retitled 24th Missile Regiment RA, 34 Bty (resus late of 12th LAA Regt RA) joined the Regt. Equipped with Honest John (34 Missile Bty) and 8” Howitzer (2 and 76 Hy Bty's).

Nov moved to Ubique Bks, Dortmund. 20 Nov 19 Bty ex 39th Missile Regt RA, joined the Regt, later had a HQ Bty.
